Full job description
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform outdoor seasonal labor at a Christmas tree farm, assisting with harvesting, handling, moving, and preparing Christmas trees. Work involves physical labor in varying weather conditions, including cold temperatures, rain, snow, and uneven terrain. Job Duties Assist with cutting, gathering, and harvesting Christmas trees. Lift, carry, drag, and load Christmas trees for transportation. Sort, stack, and prepare harvested trees for shipment. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe outdoor work area. Perform other general farm labor duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be comfortable working outdoors in cold, wet, snowy, and changing weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift. Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying Christmas trees. Comfortable walking and working on uneven, muddy, or slippery ground. Ability to perform repetitive physical labor for extended periods. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Previous farm, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
