What You'll Do AI Product Innovation Help transform ideas into practical AI-powered solutions that create measurable value. * Design and deliver machine learning and generative AI applications for real-world business challenges * Develop intelligent user experiences such as conversational interfaces, recommendations, and AI-assisted workflows * Integrate modern AI capabilities into existing software products and platforms * Improve model performance, reliability, scalability, and user outcomes * Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify new opportunities for AI-driven features Platform & Architecture Build the foundation for sustainable, enterprise-grade AI solutions. * Create scalable architectures that support model deployment and inference at production scale * Contribute to modern data, integration, and application frameworks * Support deployment of AI solutions across a variety of computing environments * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend approaches that balance innovation with long-term maintainability AI Enablement & Engineering Excellence Drive broader adoption of AI throughout the software development process. * Champion AI-assisted development practices that improve team efficiency and code quality * Help establish standards, governance, and responsible AI guidelines * Mentor engineers and technical teams on AI implementation strategies * Share best practices related to AI development, testing, deployment, and operational support * Identify opportunities to accelerate delivery through modern AI tooling and automation What You Bring We're interested in professionals who have a strong blend of software engineering and machine learning experience, along with a passion for building practical AI solutions.
