As a Manager, Process Management within Network Risk Operations, you will lead and support initiatives focused on improving how teams work through process improvement, actionable insights, technology enablement, and scalable solutions. You will partner to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and determine the right approach—whether through process changes, reporting and analytics, digital tools, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, or end-user enablement.

You are a highly adaptable leader who can flex across priorities and capabilities as business needs evolve. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of operations, process, data, and technology, bringing structure to ambiguity and translating business needs into practical solutions that enable implementation and adoption.

  • Partner with operational teams to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and translate needs into actionable recommendations and practical solutions.

  • Leverage data, process knowledge, and stakeholder input to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.

  • Determine the appropriate solution based on the business need, including process improvements, reporting and dashboards, digital tools, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or enablement strategies.

  • Identify opportunities to develop reusable and scalable solutions that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and can be leveraged across operational teams.

  • Support the development and evolution of reporting, metrics, dashboards, and analytical solutions that improve visibility and decision-making.

  • Partner across Process Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, Technology, Product, Risk and Operations to move solutions from concept through implementation and adoption.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and capabilities and identify practical opportunities to apply them within operations.

  • Establish appropriate structure, prioritization, governance, and controls to ensure solutions are sustainable and aligned with business needs.

  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving business needs.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders and senior leaders to drive alignment and results.

  • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely, including recommendations, risks, progress, decisions, and business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in Process Management, Risk Management, or Business Analysis

  • At least 2 years of experience in Project management

  • At least 1 year of experience using Google AI tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Process management

  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Technology Enablement

  • Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent certification
