Sr. Condition Evaluation Engineer

[Twining, Inc., an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company with over 100 years of history, is seeking a Sr. Condition Evaluation Engineer specialized in condition evaluation, material testing and investigation, and developing as build documentation of existing structures and buildings for its headquarters office in Long Beach. This position will involve both technical engineering assignments and project management. It is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to make an immediate impact. Responsibilities include proposal preparation, field survey and investigations, report preparation, development of as built documentation, technical support of clients and of field personnel of Twining. Sc., or PhD. degree in civil or structural engineering having experience in condition survey, material evaluation, and developing as build documentation of existing structures and buildings; - Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and clients (property owners, developers; agencies, structural engineers, forensic engineers, contractors); - Ability to maintain company established chargeability goals.
