Full job description

You will report directly to our Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer (IA) and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC (preferred) or Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact comprehensive, encompassing strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, stakeholder engagement, decision support, innovation, communication, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage. They play a critical role in ensuring that strategic plans are not only formulated but effectively implemented to drive the organization's success and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive longterm growth

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape

  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership

  • Lead and manage strategic planning processes

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans

  • Tier 1 consulting background

  • Industrials experience

  • Semicondutor or O&G experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

  • Experience in strategic planning in a global organization

  • Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
