Job Description

The Technical Project Manager will lead and support technology initiatives through the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning through development, testing, implementation, and post-production support. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA teams, and vendors to drive project delivery, manage requirements, coordinate testing, track defects, and ensure successful implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats and stepping into gaps as needed to move projects forward. Compensation: $63/hr to $68/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

  • Experience managing software development or technology implementation projects

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements

  • Experience creating and maintaining user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Experience coordinating QA, UAT, defect management, and release readiness activities

  • Experience managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items

  • Ability to understand technical architectures, APIs, integrations, applications, and data flows

  • Strong project tracking, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently and proactively drive projects forward

  • Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguous or evolving responsibilities

  • Ability to facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and working sessions Experience coordinating development, QA, infrastructure, security, architecture, and business teams

  • Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, machine learning, conversational AI, RAG, or intelligent automation initiatives

  • Experience working with AI engineers, application developers, architects, and data teams

  • Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI, AWS AI/ML Services, or Salesforce Agentforce

  • Experience coordinating AI-specific testing and business validation efforts

  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies

  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools

  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-based applications

  • Experience within large enterprise environments PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification
