  • Experience using Agile lifecycle management platforms such as Rally, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

  • Demonstrated Facilitation, Communication, Problem Solving, and Decision Making skills with the ability to identify and remove delivery impediments.

  • Experience using Analytics & Reporting to evaluate team effectiveness and improve delivery outcomes.

  • Ability to learn and apply AI-enabled tools and automation techniques that improve planning, coordination, and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, shared dependencies, or program-level planning activities.

  • Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or other approaches to Agile delivery at scale.

  • Exposure to software development, quality engineering, product management, or technical delivery environments.

  • Experience using performance metrics, analytics, or automation to support Process Improvement.

  • Interest in developing broader delivery orchestration, Release Train Engineer, or engineering enablement capabilities.
