Full job description

Position Title: Application Development Analyst

Posting Number: P260204

Employer: State

Salary Range: $75,000 - $84,000

FTE: 1.00

Preferred Qualifications:

Background working in higher education or a large, decentralized organizational environment
Experience with or exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) or Student Information System ( SIS ) platforms such as Oracle PeopleSoft
A demonstrated pattern of self-directed learning and proactive problem-solving; Proven ability to dig into unfamiliar systems, research solutions independently, and drive improvements without being asked
Hands-on development skills, particularly building or supporting REST API integrations between enterprise systems; full-stack application development is a plus
Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices
Skilled in software testing and quality assurance practices (e.g., test planning, automated testing, test-driven development)
