Full job description

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Activities Coordinator – Adult Day Health

REQUIRED TO APPLY: Applicants must have a full, valid Massachusetts driver’s license held for at least 12 months.

Location: Brockton Med Center | 25 Christy's Drive, Brockton, MA 02301

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Wage: $18.00/hour

Join our Adult Day Health team as an Activities Coordinator and create meaningful, engaging experiences for the individuals we serve. In this role, you’ll develop and lead person-centered activities that promote independence, socialization, engagement, and overall well-being.

Education & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Full, valid Massachusetts driver’s license held for at least 12 months

  • Two years of experience working with older adults or individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
