Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 601 E Rollins St City: Orlando State: Florida Postal Code: 32803 Job Description:
Handles campus responsibilities and projects promptly, accurately, and with effective communication and teamwork. Plans and coordinates all aspects of conferences, meetings, and events. Collaborates with clients to set event goals, timelines, and budgets. Ensures necessary permits, licenses, and legal requirements are met. Manages space reservations and setups, integrating internal catering, facilities, and AV. Partners with teams like facilities, AV, catering, and security to ensure audiovisual support, meals, and safety protocols. Assists presenters with materials and equipment. Oversees on-site event management and resolves issues. Creates post-event reports to measure success and identify improvements. Analyzes feedback survey data. Acts as the main contact for conference inquiries. Manages the Campus Experience inbox and responds to messages. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
- BA degree in Hospitality or Event Management or related field or a comparable combination of education and experience
Work Experience:
- 2+ experience [Required]
- 4+ experience with event planning and organizing [Preferred]
- Experience in writing and communications [Preferred]
