Job Description

Our largest pharmaceutical client is seeking a Process / Automation Engineer to support startup, commissioning, qualification, and production operations within a highly automated device assembly and packaging environment. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of process engineering and automation engineering, requiring strong troubleshooting skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to work directly with manufacturing teams to solve complex operational challenges. This engineer will support packaging operations and play a key role in ensuring equipment readiness, process reliability, automation performance, and successful production execution as the area continues to scale.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, or related field)
  • Experience supporting manufacturing equipment or industrial automation systems
  • PLC programming (Rockwell preferred)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations and maintenance teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
