Sign Installer / Field Service Tech -------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ About the Role Join our field service team transporting, assembling, and installing indoor and outdoor commercial signage (pylons, channel letters, wall wraps, ADA signs). We focus on precision, quality craftsmanship, and safety across Western PA. Training Available! 1-3+ years in trades preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and drive. -------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Installation & Assembly 1. Mount and install monument, pylon, channel letters, cabinet signs, and interior wall/window graphics. 2. Measure, level, align, and securely anchor signage into concrete, brick, drywall, and steel. 3. Perform low-voltage LED/transformer wiring according to local code. Field Operations & Maintenance 1. Operate boom/bucket trucks, aerial lifts, and ladder equipment safely. 2. Drive to job sites daily, safely prep, load, and unload equipment and hardware. 3. Troubleshoot, repair, and retrofit existing signs; ensure clean site handoff and capture photos. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Required Qualifications 1. Experience: Trades background (signage, carpentry, framing, electrical) or strong willingness to learn. 2. Driver's License: Valid driver's license with clean record (CDL Class A/B is a plus). 3. Working at Heights: Comfortable up to 30ft on ladders, lifts, and bucket trucks. 4. Tools & Physical: Proficient with hand/power tools; ability to lift 50-75 lbs in outdoor conditions. Preferred Skills & Traits 1. Certifications: OSHA 10/30, low-voltage electrical, crane/bucket truck certifications. 2. Technical: Experience with vinyl graphics/wraps; ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics. 3. Traits: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, punctual, and team-oriented.
