Financial Success Coordinator, Texas One Stop for Enrollment Services

Conduct financial wellness appointments and presentations that assist students with educational and personal financial wellness issues, including FAFSA completion, financial aid processes, budgeting, credit management, debt reduction, and more.Serve as point-of-contact and steward of financial wellness activities to university and community stakeholders. Plan and conduct various financial literacy and financial aid events and activities on and off campus, ensuring that stakeholder and leadership goals are met.Supervise the Financial Success Peer Mentor program. Plan and deliver ongoing training, provide feedback and assessment of peer mentor work. Hire peer mentors and ensure that their skills and availability meet the needs of the office.Assist Texas One Stop during peak periods via front counter or email to counsel students on a variety of enrollment services (i.e., financial aid, billing, academic records, registration). Apply critical analysis, independent discretion, and professional judgment to address a wide range of student needs and situations.Oversee the Financial Success digital resources. Plan and execute strategies for delivering digital content to students to meet the needs of students and leadership.Other related functions as assigned.
