Full job description
The Andersons, Inc., a Maumee, OH diversified agricultural business seeks Senior SAP Domain Architect. Duties: Provide expert level support for SAP finance modules, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. (10% of the time) Provide SAP Finance and controlling End-to-End Solution Architecture and financial design governance and leadership. (10% of the time) Focus on continuous improvement, financial close optimization, financial process automation, and leveraging new S/4 Hana Releases to improve system process. (10% of the time) Stay up to date with SAP finance module updates, new functionalities, and best practices, and proactively recommend and implement system improvements to enhance finance processes and performance. (10% of the time) Provide Financial Data Migration and Conversion leadership. (10% of the time) Analyze existing financial processes within SAP FI module to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. This may involve collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, proposing system enhancements or configuration changes, and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations. (20% of the time) Oversee the completions of project related tasks and assignments to meet project deadlines. (20% of the time) Mentor, guide, and assist in training new or less experienced team members. (10% of the time) Requires less than 5% domestic travel. Hybrid remote schedule within home office geographic location. Bachelor's Degree, or foreign equivalent, and 5 years experience as SAP FI Process Associate, SAP FICO Consultant, SAP Finance Control Business Systems Analyst, SAP FICO Analyst, or related, or foreign equivalent. Must have experience with SAP FI Modules, FI/CO, SAP FICO, and end-to-end- implementation experience in SAP S/4 Hana 2023/2025 or later within SAP FI/CO modules.
