What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors In this role, you will use your understanding of the Greater Pittsburgh Metro Area, as well as the Western Pennsylvania market to help strengthen and grow the local presence of OHM Advisors, supporting civic infrastructure, redevelopment, and community development projects across the region. Working with municipal, institutional, and private clients, you will help identify opportunities, contribute to project strategies, and connect community needs with practical and innovative solutions. You will work both externally and internally to promote collaboration, helping align client opportunities with OHM's planning, design, and engineering expertise. Drawing on strong technical knowledge of civil engineering practices, you will help frame solutions and guide project direction while working alongside experienced project managers and technical staff who lead detailed engineering and project delivery. This growth-oriented role is well-suited for someone driven to make a positive impact in the region. Through an understanding of the local market, opportunities, and challenges, this person will help shape OHM Advisors' presence in Western Pennsylvania while advancing our team as trusted advisors to the communities we support. Your Responsibilities Client Relationships and Business Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including municipal leaders, institutions, developers, and regional partners. Ability to build relationships across public and private sectors, helping align community goals with development and infrastructure opportunities. Participate in professional organizations, industry events, and regional networks to strengthen the firm's visibility.
