Residential Caregiver --- Monroe, MI CHS Group LLC is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to join our team as Residential Caregivers in Monroe, Michigan. You'll help the people we support develop daily living skills, participate in household activities, get involved in their communities, and build greater independence. ### Position Details - Pay: $17.13 per hour - Location: Monroe, MI - Setting: Residential home - Shifts: 8:00 AM--4:00 PM or 4:00 PM--12:00 AM - Schedule: Flexible scheduling opportunities - Pay: Biweekly ## What You'll Do - Provide compassionate 1:1 support - Assist with daily living activities and household tasks - Encourage independence and personal growth - Support participation in community activities - Help create a safe, respectful, and positive home environment - Build positive relationships with the individuals we serve ## Who We Serve CHS Group LLC supports individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities throughout Southeast Michigan.
