Meet the Team Cisco Networking Academy is a global IT skills-to-jobs program dedicated to empowering students and educators with the expertise necessary to succeed in a technology-driven economy. By providing a high-quality curriculum, hands-on learning, and a supportive global community, the program bridges the digital divide and nurtures the next generation of IT professionals. As a member of our team, you will contribute to this mission by fostering diverse talent and driving innovation through accessible, industry-recognized education. Minimum Requirements
- Program Lifecycle Management: Proven experience planning and coordinating all phases of educational programs from initiation through to delivery, including defining program requirements, scalability assessments, and impact evaluation.
- Curriculum Delivery & Support: Ability to manage the full implementation process for educational initiatives, including resource allocation for instructors, progress tracking, documentation, and training support, while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
- Technical Proficiency: A strong grasp of IT education requirements—covering networking, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies—to provide informed recommendations and facilitate effective communication between technical curriculum teams and global partners.
- Partner & Stakeholder Coordination: Demonstrated success in aligning the needs of academic partners, instructors, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive program outcomes and high-quality educational experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Experience managing multiple educational projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring consistent global delivery, platform stability, and high levels of partner satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in program management, educational technology, or global partner management.
- Experience in a multinational organization, preferably within the ICT or EdTech industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scaling Expertise: Proven ability to design and implement strategies that scale educational programs across diverse global regions and partner networks.
- Community Engagement: Experience fostering and managing global communities of practice, including supporting instructors and academic partners to drive student success.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex educational goals into actionable project plans that support global digital inclusion and skill-building initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical subject matter experts and educational partners, ensuring clear communication and program alignment in a fast-paced, global environment.
