The Role of Restaurant General Manager: We are looking for a passionate and visionary Restaurant General Manager who thrives on creating exceptional dining experiences while leading a high-performing team and driving business success.

In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience while inspiring and developing a team dedicated to delivering world-class service. You will oversee all aspects of the operation, from guest satisfaction and team engagement to financial performance and strategic growth.

You will be responsible for managing revenues, controlling costs, preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial performance, and identifying opportunities to maximize profitability. You will also play a key role in driving business levels through marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, social media collaborations, community engagement, and strong relationships with guests and local partners.

We are seeking a leader who is equally comfortable on the restaurant floor, connecting with guests and employees, as they are reviewing financial reports, developing business strategies, or implementing new concepts to enhance the restaurant's reputation and performance. Your ability to balance operational excellence, commercial success, and exceptional hospitality will be essential to your success.

Our Ideal Restaurant General Manager: You are an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service, strong business acumen, and a natural ability to inspire and develop people. You have excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in English, and are confident using technology and business reporting tools to drive informed decisions. You possess 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, including a minimum of one year of fine dining experience.

You bring solid experience managing upscale or fine dining restaurants and have a strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, cost controls, labor productivity, inventory management, and revenue optimization. You are knowledgeable in marketing and guest acquisition strategies and understand how to position a restaurant for long-term success in a competitive market.
