Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst - Workplace Benefits Technology to join our Workplace Benefits Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis within wealth management and workplace benefits, and a proven ability to drive functional and technical delivery for agile projects.

Responsibilities:

Act as a hands-on business systems analyst supporting an agile delivery team in Workplace Benefits Technology.

Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements and user stories.

Partner with product owners, architects, and engineers to define scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.

Drive functional and technical solutioning, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as a technical business analyst.

Demonstrated experience in Wealth Management domains.

Proven ability to drive functional and technical delivery across project lifecycles.

Agile business analysis experience, including backlog management and user story definition.

Preferred Skills:

Background in Institutional Retirement or Workplace Benefits products, such as 401(k), Equity Awards, or ESPP.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.

Additional Details:

Start: ASAP.

Onsite requirement: 3 days per week in Pennington, NJ.
