Job Description A rapidly growing technology company in the mobile advertising and app monetization space is seeking a Director of Strategic Enterprise Partnerships to lead and expand relationships with its most strategic enterprise customers.
This is a revenue-focused leadership position where you will serve as the primary business owner for a portfolio of key accounts, developing long-term growth strategies and aligning customer objectives with innovative technology solutions. The role combines executive relationship management, commercial strategy, product collaboration, and technical partnership development.
You will work closely with senior leadership, Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams to drive customer success, identify new business opportunities, and influence the future direction of the company's offerings. Required Skills & Experience

5-7+ years of experience in AdTech, SaaS, Big Tech, or enterprise account management

Proven success managing and growing strategic enterprise relationships

Experience owning revenue targets and driving account expansion
-
Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
-
Ability to communicate effectively across both technical and business audiences
-
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams on complex customer solutions
-
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-
Strategic planning and forecasting experience

Ability to develop long-term growth plans and execute against ambitious commercial goals
-
Based in the Boston area or willing to relocate
Desired Skills & Experience

Experience within mobile advertising, app monetization, programmatic advertising, or digital media
-
Familiarity with performance metrics such as CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, and related monetization KPIs
-
Prior people leadership or management experience
-
Experience influencing product roadmaps based on market and customer feedback
-
Background managing global customers and cross-functional stakeholders
-
Experience selling customized solutions rather than standard products
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic growth plans for a portfolio of enterprise partners
-
Identify new monetization and revenue expansion opportunities
-
Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and partnership agreements
-
Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers
-
Facilitate quarterly business reviews, workshops, and strategic planning sessions
-
Drive integration initiatives, feature launches, and technical roadmap alignment
-
Act as the voice of the customer internally across Product and Engineering teams
-
Translate partner feedback into actionable product and business recommendations
-
Proactively address technical and performance challenges before they impact revenue

Lead and develop a high-performing team while influencing cross-functional stakeholders
-
Forecast business growth and create measurable success plans for strategic accounts
