Your future role at a glance

  • Location: Brookfield, WI

  • Facility: Elmbrook Memorial Hospital

  • Department: Cath Lab

  • Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time

How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Assess, prepare and position patients for procedures. Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as necessary.

  • Prepare, implement and document a plan of care. Communicate the patient's condition to the physician before, during and after procedures.

  • Perform and/or facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures.

  • Performs, sets up, and provides equipment and supplies before, during and after procedures.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education :

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.

Additional Preferences:

  • Prior Cath Lab or Cardiovascular RN experience

  • Critical Care RN experience

  • 3-5 years RN experience
