Full job description
Independent Living for Seniors, Inc. (d/b/a ElderONE) (Rochester, NY). Registered Dietitian. Provide for the nutritional care for all patients within the scope of responsibility and act as consultant to other health care professionals in determining the best nutritional care options for patients. Complete Nutritional Assessments for all patients that fall within scope of responsibility. Develop plan of care per clinical data, interview, diagnosis and treatment goals. Provide recommendations for formulations, rate and volume for all tube fed and TPN patients, per Nutrition Support policy. Attend or provide input into Nutrition Support Service rounds for all patients assigned, including QA data. Demonstrate competency in providing nutrition care to the patient population within scope of responsibility. Instruct patients/families on therapeutic/special diets and general good nutrition habits. Complete diet instructions for patients on complex diets such as diabetic or renal diets. Salary: $62,483 - $65,708.80/yr. Email resume to [email protected], Attn: Job Code EO-RD26
