What you'll do...

Role summary:

Join the Member's Mark Product Development team and lead innovation across Baking, Spices, and Condiments, where you'll shape products enjoyed by millions of members. This role offers the opportunity to drive category growth through innovation, strategic supplier partnerships, and quality-focused product development while influencing the future of the brand.

About the team:

The Member's Mark Product Development team creates and improves products that deliver exceptional quality, value, and innovation for our members. We work cross-functionally with merchants, quality, sourcing, regulatory, and supplier partners to develop category strategies, launch new products, and continuously enhance our portfolio. This role plays a critical part in driving growth, strengthening supplier partnerships, and bringing member-focused innovation to market.

What you'll do:

  • Lead product development and innovation for Baking, Spices, and Condiments within the Member's Mark portfolio.

  • Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to develop, reformulate, and commercialize products that meet quality, cost, and member expectations.

  • Identify category trends, consumer insights, and whitespace opportunities to drive growth and differentiation.

  • Manage product specifications, quality improvements, and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Mentor and develop team members while influencing strategic business decisions and category direction

What you'll bring:

  • Experience developing shelf-stable food products, preferably within baking ingredients, spices, seasonings, condiments, or related categories.

  • Strong knowledge of food formulation, manufacturing processes, ingredient functionality, and commercialization.

  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and manage external supplier relationships.

  • Experience using consumer insights, market trends, and data to drive product innovation and business results.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience developing talent and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
