We are seeking a driven, results-oriented individual to help expand our presence across Southeast Michigan. If you're motivated by building relationships, closing deals, and earning performance-based bonuses, this is a great opportunity to thrive in a supportive and fast-paced environment. $40,000-60,000 Base Salary + Monthly Bonuses Based on Sales Full-Time | Monday--Friday, 8 AM--5 PM | No Weekends What We Offer - Competitive base salary + monthly bonus potential - Company vehicle provided - On-the-job training and career growth opportunities - Positive, team-oriented work environment - Full benefits after 90 days, including: - Weekly pay with direct deposit - 401(k) with company match - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Health Savings Account (HSA) - Referral bonus program What You'll Do - Generate new business through cold calling (phone & in-person) - Travel throughout Southeast Michigan to meet prospective clients - Present and educate customers on company services - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Manage your schedule and sales pipeline effectively
