Position Overview

Radienz Living is seeking reliable and motivated Production Line Workers to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will support the production, packaging, and quality inspection of household cleaning and personal care products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment.

• Package finished products according to company standards.

• Inspect products for quality and report any defects.

• Load materials and supplies onto production lines.

• Label, pack, and palletize finished goods.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all company safety, quality, and GMP procedures.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

• Assist with line changeovers and other production-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Commack, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
