At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.

Position Summary

CVS Health processes hundreds of millions of healthcare claims annually across its lines of business. Our Analytics & Behavior Change department (A&BC) is at the forefront, using AI and Data Science to make that process faster, more accurate, and more consistent at scale.

We build products that put intelligent decision support directly into the hands of the people doing this work, and we are investing aggressively, expanding that capability across all lines of business.

We are growing our product team and looking for a Product Manager to help lead the discovery and delivery roadmap for one of our flagship AI platforms in claims processing. This is an opportunity to join a high-investment, high-visibility program at a moment of significant scale-up, with real organizational support and a clear path to impact.

What You'll Own:

You will be the end-to-end Product Manager for a focused delivery squad, accountable for discovery through launch.

Day to day, that means:

  • Leading user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams to understand workflows, friction points, and opportunities for AI-driven decision support

  • Owning the squad backlog and sprint delivery: writing requirements, setting priorities, and making scope tradeoffs with a clear eye on outcomes

  • Partnering with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and the product rules that determine what the system recommends and why

  • Driving cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment

  • Defining and tracking success metrics tied to operational efficiency, decision quality, and user adoption

  • Representing product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operational partners

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated ownership of a product from discovery through delivery

  • 2+ years of experience partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI, ML, or analytics-powered products

  • 2+ years of experience conducting user research and translating complex operational workflows into buildable product requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional delivery in complex organizational environments with multiple technical and business stakeholders

  • 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, and scope management

  • 2+ years demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent product decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare claims processing, utilization management, or a similarly regulated, high-stakes workflow environment

  • Background building products for frontline operations or internal enterprise users

  • Familiarity with compliance-sensitive data environments (PII, PHI, or equivalent)

  • Experience with workflow analysis or operational efficiency tooling

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related analytical field

  • Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
