Data Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to support reporting, process improvement, and data-driven decision making across a cross-functional organization. This individual will partner closely with program leaders and key stakeholders to analyze business processes, cleanse and prepare data, develop reporting solutions, and help drive automation initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a collaborative environment, translating complex data into meaningful insights, and presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner. Initial efforts will focus on data analysis, reporting, data logic, Power BI development, and process optimization, with opportunities to support future automation initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using advanced Excel.

• Strong background in data cleansing, data preparation, and data analysis, with a focus on improving data quality and reducing manual errors.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tell a story with data and present insights to business stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Experience working within SAP or other large-scale ERP systems.

• Background supporting process improvement, automation initiatives, or business transformation projects with Power BI.

• Prior experience working in a large manufacturing companies (Automotive or Aerospace).
