Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $26.00/hr | Weekly Pay
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM-4:30PM (must be comfortable coming 15 min before scheduled shift)

What’s a typical day as a Customer Experience Specialist? You’ll be:

Serving as the primary point of contact and welcoming presence for customers, prospects, partners, and visitors.
-
Managing the front desk and reception area with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
-
Greeting and directing visitors, notifying appropriate employees, and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
-
Coordinating customer visits, meetings, tours, demonstrations, and other onsite experiences.
-
Maintaining an organized, polished, and customer-facing environment.
-
Anticipating and proactively addressing customer and visitor needs.
-
Coordinating logistics for meetings, events, trainings, and customer visits.
-
Assisting with preparation and coordination of materials and resources for customer-facing activities.
-
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
-
Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Service, Training, Product Management) and supporting broader Customer Experience initiatives.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
