Full job description

Iyvhill Technologies is seeking a Software Developer I to work on various projects within the company. Qualified candidate will provide strong technical experience in software development in assignments that are broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Will operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Will contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of an Associates Degree.

  • 3-5 years of related experience.

  • Assist with writing, testing and debugging code in accordance with project specifications and coding standards.

  • Assist with in the design and development of software applications, modules or features under the guidance of the project manager or senior developer.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic software defects and bugs.

  • Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and translate them into functional code.

  • Document code and maintain technical documentation as assigned.

  • Participate in team meetings, stand-ups and planning sessions.

  • Learn and apply new programming languages, frameworks and tools as needed.

  • Support testing efforts, including unit testing and basic quality assurance tasks.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
