Job Duties
Under general supervision from the Eligibility & Enrollment Program Manager, the Eligibility & Enrollment Program Supervisor will perform difficult skilled technical work supervising the eligibility and enrollment programs and staff. This includes planning, implementing and evaluating the eligibility and enrollment programs and strategic plans. Develops and maintains a service-oriented approach and creatively supports the quality initiatives of the department, county and community. Supports the department in the maintenance of a healthy work culture by recruiting, training and developing staff. Assists the manager and director with the eligibility and enrollment budget and related work as assigned. Programs the eligibility and enrollment supervisor may be responsible for include: child support, general and medical assistance, consolidated chemical dependency treatment fund, MNsure, Minnesota supplemental assistance, group residential housing, Minnesota Family Investment Program, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, burial and funeral expenses and related activities and other programs as necessary.
Minimum Education Required
- Associate’s Degree in behavioral or social sciences, business administration, nursing, social work, public administration or closely related field.
Minimum Experience Required

Three to five years of child support, eligibility, county or state human services experience

One year of experience working in a lead, supervisory or management capacity

Valid Driver’s License

Ability to pass a background check
