Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

2nd shift: 3:00pm-3:30am M-THURS OT on FRI

Pay rate: $16.00

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual inspection of products and components in a cleanroom environment, following established quality and production guidelines.

• Handle materials and parts carefully to prevent contamination, damage, or mix-ups during inspection and production support activities.

• Follow all cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures and cleanliness standards, to maintain a controlled environment.

• Accurately document inspection findings and production information as required by internal procedures.

• Work collaboratively with production team members to support smooth workflow and meet daily output goals.

• Adhere to all safety rules and operational procedures while working in the cleanroom and production areas.

• Maintain an organized and tidy work area, promptly reporting any issues or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.

• Support general production activities as needed to ensure continuous operations during the shift.

Essential Skills

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures consistently.

• Strong attention to detail for visual inspection and identification of defects or irregularities.

• Reliability and punctuality to work a consistent 3:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. shift.

• Capability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods in a production environment.

• Basic understanding of working in a controlled or cleanroom setting, or willingness to learn cleanroom protocols.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or inspection roles is beneficial but not required.

• Experience working in a cleanroom or other controlled environment is a plus.

• Comfort with shift-based work and flexible scheduling within operational needs.

This is a Contract position based out of Northumberland, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
