Your Role: The Principal Manager, NA & EU Product Engineering is responsible for providing the resources and technical support required for new product development and sustaining engineering programs. This leader manages the regional engineering staff and oversees project management plans, resource modelling, and workload forecasting. The role holds a seat on the global engineering council, contributing to the processes and products that serve a global customer base and its business requirements, and works in close collaboration with the other regional engineering leads. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Global Head of Engineering, lead a team of equipment, software, and electrical engineers, as well as production engineers, across the North America and Europe regions. This includes the Allentown and Breinigsville, PA, Austin, TX, and Chandler, AZ sites, where the focus is on delivering technical leadership and strategic direction. Own the regional execution of the new product development portfolio, from concept and feasibility through design, prototype build, qualification, and release to volume manufacturing.
