  • Work closely with legal and administrative team members to balance multiple matters in a busy practice environment. Requirements • At least 3 years of paralegal experience supporting civil litigation matters.

  • Working knowledge of California civil procedure, including filings, calendaring, discovery, and motion-related processes.

  • Probate experience is welcomed, but candidates with a strong litigation background will also be considered.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven legal setting.

  • Strong drafting, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience preparing discovery materials, motions, and other core litigation documents.
