Warehouse Coordinator 2nd Shift

**This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional looking to take the next step toward a Warehouse Lead or leadership role .

Pay: $27.08/hour (This is a union facility, so the hourly rate is set.)

Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

Schedule: M-F, with Saturdays and overtime as needed

Environment: Food manufacturing / cold warehouse environment

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to support second-shift shipping and receiving operations.

The Warehouse Coordinator will help keep daily operations running smoothly by providing direction to team members, monitoring workflow, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities

• Provide direction and support to warehouse team members

• Monitor staff and warehouse workflow throughout the shift

• Ensure customer orders are prepared and completed on schedule

• Operate material-handling equipment as needed

• Use an ERP system to support warehouse and inventory operations

• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment

• Work collaboratively with warehouse leadership and other departments

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience

• Experience working with an ERP system required; experience with Ross ERP is a plus

• Forklift experience preferred

• Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts preferred, with stand-up forklift experience especially beneficial

• Ability to provide direction to others and help keep a team on task

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Must be comfortable working in a cold environment ranging from approximately -10°F to 40°F

• Must be willing and available to work Saturdays and overtime as needed

This is a Contract position based out of East Saint Louis, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.08 - $27.08/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
