About the Role

We seek a driven and diligent Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plan Manager to join our energetic team. This is an outstanding chance to work in a collaborative and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding all aspects of service delivery and Plan development consulting.

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including participant statements, contributions, distributions, reconciliations, and Plan reporting.

  • Advise Plan sponsors on Plan activity and its compliance with Plan documents and applicable regulations.

  • Backup and support other team members as required.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and background.

  • 5+ years of retirement industry experience, preferably in Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plan administration.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Diligent with demonstrated problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Willingness to adapt to changing situations and embrace technology.

  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The base salary range for this position is $53,500 - $85,600. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
