A well‑established business and real estate law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of California civil litigation experience to join its growing team. The firm is very flexible, and this Litigation Attorney will work 100% remotely! I have placed an attorney and a paralegal with this firm, and both have been there for 3+ years!

Responsibilities

• Client communication

• Discovery

• Drafting law and motion

• Attending court appearances

• Taking and defending depositions

• Assisting with trial preparation

• Annual billable requirement: 1750 hours

Requirements:

• Active California State Bar

• 2+ years of California civil litigation experience as a California licensed attorney

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• Experience taking and defending depositions
