Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for an HR Generalist position in El Cajon, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a starting annual salary of $80,000-$100,000. Apply today for immediate consideration!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and every other Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
-
Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates to support staffing needs.

Support payroll and timekeeping processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Partner with the Corporate Human Resources team to develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Assist with internal and external HR audits and maintain compliance with company standards.
-
Coordinate and facilitate the annual performance review process, including scheduling, communications, and merit planning.

Maintain and update the HRIS database, ensuring accurate employee records and generating reports as needed.

Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources experience.

Experience supporting HR functions in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong overall computer skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with an HRIS system; Dayforce experience is preferred.
-
Professional HR certification (PHR or SPHR) is a plus.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
