Job Description
- Work tickets submitted by end users through the ticketing system, documenting issues, troubleshooting steps, and updates accurately
- Provide hands‑on break/fix support, including replacing computers and devices
- Deliver on‑site desktop support in a fast‑paced hospital environment
- Prioritize incoming tickets and tasks to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency
- Deliver clear, patient, and solutions‑oriented customer service to ensure a positive end‑user experience
- Collaborate closely with IT team members and staff to resolve issues and support ongoing initiatives
- Maintain accuracy in troubleshooting, documentation, and system updates Rotate between campuses, with Camden rotation once a month or every other month
Skills and Requirements

2+ years Tier 2 Desktop Support experience

CompTIA A+ Certification (required)
-
Experience working from a ticket queue
-
Strong break/fix background (PCs, devices, peripherals)

Comfortable supporting end users in person Ability to work independently with minimal ramp‑up

Security + certification Hospital / healthcare system experience (highly preferred)
