This role combines hands-on recruiting and onboarding with school, community, and workforce outreach. What You'll Do: Manage full-cycle recruiting and candidate communication Coordinate pre-employment activities and new hire onboarding Build relationships with high schools, colleges, and workforce programs Coordinate internships, apprenticeships, job shadows, and youth apprenticeship opportunities Attend career fairs and community recruiting events Support employer branding and recruitment marketing Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs What We're Looking For: Associate's degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field 2+ years of HR or recruiting experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Experience with ATS systems, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Proactive, creative, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities If you enjoy recruiting, building relationships, and creating opportunities for future talent, we'd love to talk with you.
