You will support meaningful projects, analyze financial and business performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop the technical, analytical, and communication skills needed to support strategic decision-making across the enterprise.

Program Overview

The Finance Rotational Program is structured to provide exposure to three core areas of the Finance organization. Rotational assignments will be based on business needs, participant development goals, and individual interests.

Accounting Rotation

During the Accounting rotation, the Management Associate will gain exposure to plant accounting, controllership activities, financial compliance, external reporting processes, and the relationship between operational performance and financial results. Assignments may include supporting month-end close activities, analyzing financial results, and partnering with plant and corporate teams.

Treasury Rotation

During the Finance/Treasury rotation, the Management Associate will learn about corporate finance, liquidity management, debt portfolio oversight, capital markets activity, risk management, credit, cash forecasting, banking operations, and other treasury functions that support the company’s financial flexibility and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial, operational, and accounting data to identify trends, explain variances, and support business decisions.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting for corporate and operational teams.

  • Support accounting and controllership processes, including plant accounting activities, financial analysis, compliance-related work, and month-end or quarterly reporting needs.

  • Participate in projects related to corporate finance, cash management, credit, risk management, debt, liquidity, and capital markets.

  • Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that enhance management reporting and improve visibility into business performance.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and leadership teams through meetings, presentations, and cross-functional project work.

  • Prepare clear, concise summaries and recommendations for diverse audiences, including management and senior leaders.

  • Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Contribute to process improvement, automation, and digital reporting initiatives across the Finance organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related analytical discipline.

  • Zero to two years of relevant experience, or equivalent internship, co-op, or academic project experience.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, corporate finance concepts, financial analysis, and business performance drivers.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling, business intelligence tools, or financial planning systems preferred.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time-sensitive assignments.

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.

  • Willingness to work in both corporate and operational environments, including manufacturing or plant settings as needed.

  • This is a hybrid position

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

  • Self-starter who is curious, resourceful, accountable, and eager to learn across multiple finance disciplines.

  • Ability to think critically, connect financial data to operational performance, and balance detail orientation with a big-picture perspective.

  • Comfortable working through complexity, ambiguity, and changing priorities.

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the maturity to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
