Plan leadership retreats and create opportunities for leadership development and team building.Co-create and implement assessment plan for students participating in leadership development opportunities.Research and share resources with student leaders and advisors.Support and assist the Manager for Student Leadership and Advising with development and implementation of student leadership opportunities for Residence Life.Present small and large scale programs, activities, and training for students and staff.Attend departmental meetings.
