Full job description

Posh is building distributed AI infrastructure: modular data centers and GPU compute deployments at existing power sites. We are hiring our first dedicated finance leader, reporting directly to the CEO, to build a repeatable financing platform for GPU purchases and deployments. Your first mandate is to structure and close roughly $50M to $100M of financing for an initial GPU infrastructure transaction. Speed to funding is the top priority. WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Lead end-to-end financing of GPU servers, related infrastructure, and deployments through equipment loans, leasing, asset-backed debt, private credit, and other structures.

  • Form and finance project SPVs with third-party equity and debt. Negotiate sponsor economics, waterfalls, covenants, collateral packages, guarantees, and intercompany arrangements.

  • Build direct relationships with private credit funds, equipment financiers, infrastructure investors, banks, and strategic capital partners. Run a competitive but fast financing process.

  • Turn GPU procurement, customer offtake, utilization, hardware residual value, hosting costs, and operating assumptions into lender-ready models and investment materials.

  • Own term sheets, diligence, documentation, approvals, and funding, working with the CEO, legal counsel, equipment vendors, customers, and operating partners.

  • Create standardized financing structures and capital-provider relationships that scale across many deployments. WHAT YOU BRING

  • A track record of personally executing and closing sizable asset-backed, equipment, project, or infrastructure financings. $50M+ transactions strongly preferred.

  • Existing, actionable relationships with decision-makers at private credit and equipment or infrastructure capital providers.

  • Strong command of SPVs, credit underwriting, lender protections, financial modeling, and transaction execution.

  • A hands-on operator who can go from model and term sheet to funded close without a large supporting team. Experience financing GPU clusters, AI or cloud infrastructure, data centers, or technology equipment is highly preferred. COMPENSATION Base salary of $200K to $250K, equity of 0.25% to 0.75%, plus a performance bonus tied to capital actually funded and financing outcomes. Final package depends on experience and scope. WHY JOIN Work directly with the CEO, own a mission-critical function from day one, and build the financing engine behind a new generation of AI infrastructure. TO APPLY Share your background and one or two financings you personally led: size, structure, capital providers, your role, and how long it took to close. Please omit confidential details from prior employers or clients.
