Description

Robert Half is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day service operations through case management, occupancy coordination, compliance support, and customer service. This role is responsible for a broad range of administrative and client-facing duties that help ensure efficient operations, accurate recordkeeping, and a positive experience for residents, applicants, and community partners. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing a diverse caseload, and providing cross-functional support as needed. Success in this position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and apply organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload from intake through ongoing residency and move-out.

  • Complete intake, annual reviews, and updates within required timelines.

  • Prepare leases, agreements, notices, and related documentation.

  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from residents, applicants, and community partners.

  • Clearly explain policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.

  • Support team operations by providing coverage during absences or busy periods.

  • Assist with special projects and department initiatives as needed. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Participate in meetings, training, and detail oriented development.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in administrative support, resident services, occupancy, case management, or a related field

  • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment preferred

  • Relevant certification or designation in occupancy, property management, or resident services preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and guidelines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
