Our client, a global leader in real estate and facilities management services, is seeking an Facilities Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management team supporting client site operations and workplace services . The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and vendor management experience , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ

Pay Range: 39/hr

What's the Job?

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, and other building systems.

  • Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors to ensure service levels and work orders are completed efficiently.

  • Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and workplace support.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, invoice processing, and facility-related financial activities.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards while supporting site projects and improvements.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 2 years of facilities management, facilities coordination, property management, or building operations experience.

  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and maintenance service providers.

  • Strong client-facing and white-glove customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of commercial building operations, work order management, and facility maintenance processes.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Corrigo or other CMMS platforms is preferred.
