Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop practical skills through hands-on experience. Whether you're interested in research and development, engineering, finance, marketing, or operations, you'll have the chance to make significant contributions while building your professional network.

You'll work with teams to identify process improvements, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and gain exposure to advanced technologies and industry best practices. This internship provides a foundation for potential future opportunities within our Leadership Development Programs or full-time positions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Academic program that aligns with internship focus area

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic or extracurricular activities

  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Authorization to work in country of employment without sponsorship

  • Previous internship experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to meet physical requirements specific to role and work environment

  • Willingness to learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies

  • Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance standards

  • Foreign language skills may be required for some international positions

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position Intern II based in New York is $21.50–$28.75.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
