Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to identify, and place qualified candidates across a variety of professional and administrative positions. This role is focused on building talent pipelines, conducting candidate evaluations, and partnering with hiring managers to support organizational hiring needs.

The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, proactive, and skilled at matching talent with opportunities while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and career goals.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.

• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide hiring recommendations.

• Coordinate candidate interviews and gather feedback from hiring teams.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Experience sourcing candidates through online platforms and professional networks preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting software or applicant tracking systems.
