Position: Service Support Coordinator
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
The Ferrari Service Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the service department. This position is responsible for vehicle intake and movement, vehicle presentation, detailing coordination, administrative support, CRM activities, and ensuring Ferrari vehicles are maintained to the highest standards before delivery to clients.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with future growth opportunities into a Brand Advisor or Service Advisor position.
What You'll Do

Coordinate vehicle movement throughout the service department and dealership.

Safely drive and park customer and inventory vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles.

Assist with vehicle preparation, detailing coordination, quality checks, and final delivery presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards for client vehicles, courtesy vehicles, and service areas.

Assist with CRM follow-up activities and customer communication tracking.

Coordinate courtesy vehicle scheduling and utilization.

Provide support coverage for Service Advisors and Brand Advisors when needed.

Assist with warranty and repair order administration as assigned.

Ensure you return every vehicle to the client after reflecting Ferrari's world-class standards.
What You'll Bring
-
We require the ability to drive a wide variety of vehicles including both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

6 months to 1 year of experience in automotive detailing, service support, luxury hospitality, dealership operations, valet, or customer service
-
6 months to 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office applications
-
6 months to 1 year of experience working in CRM systems or dealership software
-
Strong attention to detail and pride in vehicle presentation.

Organizational and time management skills.

Total Rewards
This is an hourly rate role ranging from $20.00-$25.00
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
