Full job description

We have an outstanding Contract position for aMaintenance Generalto join a leading Company located in theWhite Sands Missile Range, NM surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $35.00 Hourly

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment.

  • Performs basic carpentry, electrical, and mechanical.

  • Work on plant facilities using hand and power tools.

  • May interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.

  • May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary.

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience building metal framed walls

  • Minimum 5 years' experience Repairing Drywall

  • Minimum 5 years' experience Painting Walls

  • Minimum 5 years' experience Building Wood Framed walls

  • Minimum 5 years' experience Remodeling office space or home repair
