Provides strategic and operational leadership for the physical environment, infrastructure, medical
equipment, cleanliness, and linen services across Ozarks Healthcare hospital and assigned outpatient
locations. Ensures reliable operations, a clean and safe care environment, responsible stewardship of capital
and operating resources, and continuous survey readiness. Develops department leaders and partners with
Infection Prevention, clinical teams, and the Director of Safety, Preparedness and Hospitality to prevent
disruptions and improve patient and coworker experience.
