Full job description

Lead Superintendent / Project Manager 📍 Orange, CA | 💰 $120K–$140K Base + Bonus

A growing Southern California commercial construction and reconstruction contractor is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead operations throughout Orange, CA and Los Angeles. This role combines field leadership, project management, client relations, and financial accountability.

What You'll Do:

Manage 5–10 active commercial, multifamily, HOA, and reconstruction projects
Project values range: $200K-$500K
OC projects: $50K-$1M
80% of revenue comes from these locations
Lead crews, schedules, quality, and safety
Own budgets, job costing, profitability, and change orders
Build strong relationships with clients, property managers, and HOA boards
Drive operational excellence and regional growth.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of commercial construction leadership experience
Superintendent, PM, Construction Manager, or Operations Manager background
Strong field operations, crew management, and financial acumen
Experience with multifamily, HOA, restoration, reconstruction, or occupied-property projects preferred
